Report for Project RECH2.0 Day 5

Today, being the last day of the RECH2.0, featured heart to heart talk with women. The program started by 10am with a good number of women from Oyan Community.
Miss Omolola Pedro gave a sound teaching on the role of parents, especially mothers, in curbing Rape and Sexual Harassment in our society. She went on to stress the importance of sound mother to children relationship.

On the other hand, delegates were sent to Asi-Asaba community to follow up on the kid who has told her rape story on Day4  of RECH2.0.  Miss Adisa Tawakat and Miss Abraham Mary Omowumi(Ewatee) took their time to give adequate counselling to the kid and as well decide to visit her every Sunday to check up on her.

With this, volunteers return to the base feeling fulfilled and set to leave for their various destination the next day.

It was such a great 5-day program, filled with fun and stress, but also productive, as we were able to reach out to the kids with Adequate Sex Education and as well inform them about the need to flee from the dangerous act called RAPE!!!

We really wish this could go on and on, but maybe everything with a start do have an end. RECH2.0 IS DONE AND DUSTED!!!...

WHEN, WHERE WILL RECH3.0 BE???...
WATCH OUT!!!
