On Child Sexual Abuse

Sexual Abuse:- This is the worst type of abuse child goes through. Sexually abusing a child doesn't have to be physical. A child can be sexually abused by exposing them to sexual materials or situations like porn magazines and movies, e.t.c.

Sexually abusing a child physically is when you involve them in sexual activities either forcefully or by cajoling them. Child sexual abuse has a long-term effect on them. 

Some effects include:-

1. Masturbation or increased libido as a result of materials they have been exposed to or as a result of early exposure and involvement in any sexual act.

2. Affect the child's mental health

3. Hatred for the opposite gender which might be as a result of the trauma from the incident; consequently leading to a probable homosexuality

4. A child that has been sexually abused might end up feeling ashamed and guilty when they constantly think that the abuse was their fault.
